Originally started as a way to save the most delicious Northwest grown hot peppers that were sadly not selling. Simple Christmas gifts to friends and family quickly turned into necessity for all. Fresh organically grown produce from the farm was the key to unlocking the flavor everyone desired. Small batches became larger batches, and Underground Owl was born!
